Kegiatan latihan Pertolongan darurat di lapangan diikuti Bintara dan Tamtama Makesdam dan Denkesyah 13.04.01 Manado sebanyak 60 orang dengan materi latihan ; Multiple Trauma ( Patah Tulang Leher, Patah Tulang Belakang disertai Luka), Tenggelam ( Korban timbul Tenggelam, Korban tidak muncul ke permukaan air.) dan Improvisasi Tandu ( Improvisasi Tandu dengan baju PDL,Improvisasi Tandu dengan Tali,Improvisasi Tandu dengan Sarung
Komandan Latihan Mayor Ckm Yonelzon Menyampaikan Kegiatan latihan Pertolongan Darurat di Lapangan ini adalah merupakan salah satu program dari komando Atas pada Triwulan IV TA. 2021 yang bertujuan guna Memelihara dan meningkatkan keterampilan prajurit kesdam XIII/Merdeka dalam penerapan praktis dari doktrin dan prosedur dalam rangka mendukung tugas pokok satuan untuk memberikan dukungan kesehatan di daerah penugasan teritorial, tempur dan dukungan kesehatan pada saat bencana, serta latihan satuan.
